PPIP TESOL CLUSTER SERVES AS JURY AT THE 2026 CHINA-ASEAN EDUCATION COOPERATION WEEK

The TESOL Cluster, School of Educational Studies (PPIP), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) proudly represented the University at the 2026 World University Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Challenge, held in conjunction with the 2026 China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week in Guizhou, China. The event brought together outstanding innovation and entrepreneurship projects from universities across China and ASEAN, providing a platform to showcase student creativity while strengthening regional academic collaboration.

During the programme, lecturers from the PPIP TESOL Cluster were invited to serve as jury members for the final round of the competition. In this role, they evaluated innovative student projects from participating universities, contributing their academic expertise to ensure a fair, rigorous, and high-quality assessment process. They also attended the championship contest alongside distinguished academics, researchers, and higher education leaders from China and ASEAN countries.

The appointment of PPIP TESOL lecturers as jury members reflects the international recognition of their expertise and highlights the School's continued commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global engagement. It also reinforces Universiti Sains Malaysia's efforts to strengthen international partnerships and promote knowledge exchange within the ASEAN region and beyond.
